To begin your application we will assist with filling out the background information needed to complete a claims application. This includes date of birth, address, phone number, etc. We will be prepared to fill out these parts of the forms with you in this 30 minute meeting. If you would like to progress beyond this during your meeting, we will try to accommodate you as well.
Full Application Assistance

It is difficult to determine how long a full application will take. Sometimes it can be completed in 1 meeting, where other times it may require multiple meetings. This depends on how complex your personal story is and how far you would like to progress when we meet. Remember, this is your story and your process, so we will adapt to your needs. We will help you complete an application and submit it within the time period comfortable to you.

About Us
We are experienced legal professionals who have assisted with numerous application forms for Class Action Settlements. We recently assisted with the Class Action Settlement applications for survivors and descendants of survivors of Federal Indian Day Schools. We have, and continue to, provide this service for free.
We want to assist those who may experience difficulty filling out these application forms. Our experience has taught us what the administrators are looking for in these applications.
